The Future Renewals report provides a predictive look into your store's upcoming income. By analyzing your currently active subscriptions and their next billing dates, FluentCart estimates the expected revenue you will receive over the next few months. This report is a vital tool for cash flow forecasting and business planning.
Accessing Future Renewals
Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to FluentCart Pro → Reports, and select the Future Renewals sub-tab under the Subscriptions category.
Understanding Future Revenue Estimates
This report is calculated by looking at all active subscriptions and extrapolating their scheduled renewals over a specific time period (typically a 90-day window).
- Renewal Revenue: The total estimated dollar amount expected from successful subscription renewals in the upcoming period.
- Renewals: The total count of individual subscription transactions scheduled to occur.
Upcoming Renewal Revenue Chart
The main feature of this report is an interactive chart that visualizes your projected income and transaction volume over the coming months.
- Revenue (Blue Line): Tracks the total monetary value of renewals. Use this to identify "peak months" where high-value subscriptions are set to renew.
- Count (Light Grey Bars): Represents the number of individual renewals happening each month.
- Combined View: By seeing both the line and the bars together, you can determine if your revenue is coming from a high volume of small transactions or a few high-value renewals.

Note: These figures are estimates based on active subscriptions. Actual revenue may vary slightly depending on factors like payment failures, mid-month cancellations, or manual plan changes.
