Orders Management

The Orders Management section in FluentCart is where you handle every sale and customer buy in your store. This powerful interface allows you to track orders from creation to fulfillment, manage payments, and handle refunds efficiently.

This section covers the following aspects of order management:

  • Viewing & Filtering Orders: Learn how to navigate the main Orders list, use various filters to locate specific orders, and understand the different order statuses.
  • Creating New Orders (Manually): Steps to manually create an order directly from the backend, useful for phone orders or custom requests.
